From I-4 West
Exit onto I-95 N, then exit Hwy 92 East (International Speedway Blvd), you will pass Daytona International Speedway on your right. Continue until you reach Clyde Morris Blvd, there will be a K-Mart on left. Go left (north) on Clyde Morris Blvd and continue until you reach Mason Ave, you will see a 7-11 gas station on the corner. Turn left (West) on Mason Ave, make a left (South) on Jimmy Ann Drive and The Breakers Apartment Homes is immediately on your right.

From the Beachside
Take the bridge inland via Highway 92/Intl Speedway Boulevard. Approximately 1.2 miles turn right at Nova Road/State Road 5A. Then in 1.5 miles turn left at Mason Ave/SR-430. Continue to follow Mason Ave until you see Jimmy Ann Drive, then turn left and The Breakers Apartment Homes is immediately on your left.
