From the West by Interstate 4: Exit onto North Interstate 95. Take North Interstate 95 to exit Highway 92 East (International Speedway Boulevard). Travel East on Highway 92, you will pass Daytona International Speedway on your right. Continue on East Highway 92 until you reach Clyde Morris Boulevard, there will be a K-Mart shopping center on the left. Make a left (North) on Clyde Morris Boulevard. Continue on Clyde Morris Boulevard until you reach Mason Avenue, you will see a 7-11 gas station on the corner of Mason Avenue and Clyde Morris Boulevard. Turn left (West) on Mason Avenue. Make a left (South) on Jimmy Ann Drive and the Breakers Apartment Homes is immediately on your right. Enter the community; you will see our beautiful palm trees leading you to our Welcome Center in front of the community. Follow the signs to our leasing office where we will be waiting to welcome you to your new home.
